This order is not complete until payment clears and you have agreed to these terms and conditions. A cancelation fee of $275.00 will apply if the order is canceled after a signed confirmation. Cancelation must be in writing by emailing bwdumpsterrental@gmail.com.
A wasted trip fee of $275.00 will apply if delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to locked gates, blocked parking, wrong address, refusal of pickup at the scheduled time, insufficient space, debris above the rim, or any other hindrance that prohibits the dumpster delivery or pickup.
A sorting fee will apply for material or debris different from the type of debris specified during the rental checkout process.
The customer agrees to pay any applicable sales tax for dumpster rental based on the dumpster drop-off location.
The customer is allowed up to 1.5 tons (3000 lbs.) of debris in the rented 14 yard dumpster and up to 2 tons (4000 lbs.) in the 20 yard dumpster. After these limits, the customer is susceptible to an over-tonnage fee of $100.00 for each additional ton (2000 lbs.)
The following items are PROHIBITED for dumpster removal: paint, chemicals or other potentially hazardous materials, dirt/soil, concrete, and tires.
Items such as yard waste, small tree limbs, and other brush are acceptable but they cannot be mixed into a dumpster containing other kinds of items, they must be in their own separate load.
Additional pricing for removal of the following items is at the discretion of Big Walnut Dumpster Rentals and must be approved via phone confirmation at (614) 301-0036: mattresses and other large furniture, large appliances, other exceptionally large and/or heavy items.
A fee of $50 will apply for each additional day the dumpster is kept past the pickup date in the contract. Extended pickup must be requested in writing 48 hours in advance via text to (614) 301-0036 or email to bwdumpsterrental@gmail.com.
Delivery and pickup time/date may be affected by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events. Although we offer a date and/or time for drop off and/or pickup, it is not guaranteed.
A fee of $200 will apply for each time a rented dumpster needs to be emptied and returned to the customer before the end of the rental period.
Customer is responsible for protection of personal property including the driveway. Big Walnut Dumpster Rentals is not liable for any property damage upon delivery, placement, or pickup of the dumpster.
Customer authorizes, approves, and agrees to pay initial rental fees prior to delivery and all additional fees associated with weight overage (“over-tonnage”), a wasted trip, street permits, and debris sorting using the same credit/debit card submitted at the time of the order placement. All fees expressed in this agreement are due. Late fees and collection fees apply and must be paid for balances overdue. Balances due will be charged to the credit/debit card issued by the customer for the initial payment. The customer agrees to receive emails and text messages for promotional purposes and to receive status updates for outstanding balances. The customer can “unsubscribe” from these notifications at any time.
